Tim Hardie is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the background screening industry. He currently serves as the President and CEO of Hire Performance Inc., a leading provider of employment screening and background check services.

Tim's journey with Hire Performance began in 2001, and since then, he has played an instrumental role in the company's growth and success. His expertise in the industry has helped Hire Performance establish itself as a trusted name in Canadian and global background screening services.

Apart from his work at Hire Performance, Tim is a founding member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). He is deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in the background screening industry.

Tim's dedication to the industry has earned him several accolades, including the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a sought-after speaker and has presented at numerous industry conferences and events. Tim has also authored several articles and whitepapers on the subject of employment screening.

Tim is passionate about giving back to the community and actively supports several charitable organizations. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family at the cottage.
